(hereinafter referred to as “Visum Pharm” or “Company”),  a Portuguese company dedicated to the commercialization, import and export, distribution, intermediation, promotion, and marketing of pharmaceutical products and all products related to the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, food supplements, dermo-cosmetic products, medicines, and all products related to the medical industry; Mediation in the pharmaceutical sector.
